Bachelor's degree in economics and accounting, also postgraduate certificate in finance, with more than 32 years of experience in the audit area, he worked for 12 years as an auditor and as the coordinator of the training area for Ernst & Young in Brazil. Guest lecturer at Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV) in continued education courses (PEC), specialized in auditing work in national companies of the most varied segments (public and private companies). He was director of ANEFAC - Associação Nacional dos Executivos de Finanças, Administração e Contabilidade (National Association of Finance, Administration and Accounting Executives) and is a member of Ibracon - Instituto dos Auditores Independentes do Brasil (Institute of Independent Auditors of Brazil) e da AIC - Associação Interamericana de Contabilidade (Inter-American Accounting Association). He was effective advisor to the CRC - Conselho Regional de Contabilidade de São Paulo (Regional Accounting Council of São Paulo) for the 2006 and 2007 term.
